Return Policy: Returning products in their original packaging only and only unused! Electrical products cannot be returned after they have been activated. Printers, shredders and other machinery cannot be returned after opening the packaging. Ink heads and toners cannot be returned after they have been opened and/or used. It is not possible to return products that were made/manufactured by special order and approved by the customer. It is not possible to return products that were specially ordered for the customer. It is not possible to return printed words and stamps that have been proofread and approved by the customer.
